• User/You: Refers to individuals or organizations that register, log in, use, or browse this Application
• Services: Refers to all functions, content, and services provided by this Application to users
• Content: Refers to text, images, audio, video, and other information uploaded, published, or transmitted by users on this Application
• Account: Refers to the account obtained by a user after completing the registration process

This Application is a business communication platform specifically designed for professionals in the luxury travel industry, primarily providing the following services:

• Meeting schedule management and appointment
• Participant information viewing and contact
• Company information display and inquiry
• Instant messaging function
• Personal and company profile management

• Exclusivity: This platform uses an invitation-based registration system and is only open to verified professionals
• Professionalism: Users must have relevant industry background and qualifications
• Business-oriented: The platform aims to promote legitimate business communication and cooperation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all services at any time. We may interrupt or terminate services in the following situations:

• Regular or irregular system maintenance
• Due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc.)
• Due to technical failures or security reasons
• Required by laws, regulations, or government agencies
• Other reasons beyond our control

For planned service interruptions, we will notify users in advance.

To register an account for this Application, you must meet the following conditions:

• Hold a valid invitation code
• Work in the luxury travel industry or related fields
• Provide true, accurate, and complete personal and company information
• Agree to and comply with all provisions of these Terms

2. Submit authentic personal and company information
3. Wait for platform review
4. Receive activation notification after approval
5. Download the APP and log in to use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You should:

• Keep your account and password secure and not disclose them to others
• Regularly change your password and use strong passwords
• Not share your account with others
• Immediately notify us if you discover that your account has been compromised or there are security vulnerabilities

When using your account, you agree to:

• Not impersonate others or fabricate identities
• Not maliciously register accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration)
• Not buy, sell, transfer, or rent accounts
• Not use accounts for illegal activities
• Not use accounts to harm others or platform interests

All content you publish on this Application should:

• Be lawful and compliant: Not violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Be true and accurate: Not publish false or misleading information
• Respect others: Not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others
• Be civilized and polite: Not use insulting, defamatory, or discriminatory language

You shall not use this Application to engage in the following behaviors:

Endangering National Security and Social Stability:

• Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution
• Endangering national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity
• Disclosing state secrets or endangering national security
• Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination
• Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition
• Spreading rumors and disrupting social order

Infringing on Others' Rights:

• Infringing on others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, etc.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others
• Using others' information without authorization

Irregular Commercial Behavior:

• Publishing spam advertisements and marketing information
• Engaging in unfair competition
• Conducting fraudulent activities, pyramid schemes, etc.
• Collecting, using, or reselling platform user information without authorization

Endangering Platform Security:

• Spreading viruses, trojans, or malicious code
• Attacking or invading systems or servers
• Interfering with normal platform operation
• Destroying, modifying, or adding system functions

Other Inappropriate Behaviors:

• Publishing obscene, pornographic, violent, or terrorist content
• Publishing illegal information about gambling, drugs, etc.
• Infringing on the legitimate rights of minors

For other users' information obtained within the platform, you should:

• Use lawfully: Only for legitimate business communication purposes
• Confidentiality obligation: Not disclose to third parties outside the platform
• Prohibit misuse: Not use for marketing harassment, data trading, etc.
• Respect privacy: Respect others' privacy rights and personal information rights

All content of this Application, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, programs
• Trademarks, logos, icons
• Text, images, audio and video
• Layout and interface design
• Data and databases

The intellectual property rights belong to the Company or relevant rights holders and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, and other laws and regulations.

You retain intellectual property rights to your published content. However, you agree to:

• Grant us a free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right to use

You promise and guarantee that:

• We are not liable for loss of profits, data loss, damage to goodwill, etc.
• Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

If you violate these Terms, we have the right to take one or more of the following measures based on the severity of the violation:

• Restrict or prohibit use of certain functions
• Suspend or terminate provision of services
• Cancel account
• Report to relevant departments
• Pursue legal liability

We have the right to cancel your account in the following situations:

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
